Looking for the right rental or housemate – Northside Brisbane to Sunshine Coast

I’m looking for either a shed/property to rent where I can park and live in my tiny home, or the right person to share a house and split the rent.

Ideally, I’m looking around the northside of Brisbane through to the Sunshine Coast.

Option 1 – Shed/property:
I need a secure space for my tiny home trailer (roughly the size of a car) and room for my tools and industrial sewing equipment. I would need power, water, and access to a toilet and shower.

Option 2 – Share a house:
I’m looking for someone who is also wanting to rent a house and would like to share the costs. I’m looking for my own bedroom, plus shed/workshop space for my sewing work. I’m already on a real estate waiting list for a suitable rental and would be interested in applying for a property together with the right person.

A little about me — I’m clean, quiet, down-to-earth and easygoing. I pay my rent on time, enjoy sharing meals and helping with household chores, and I love gardening. I’m a morning person, artist and creative, and I’m equally happy doing my own thing or being part of a friendly community household.

I’m currently studying at uni and work for myself doing custom industrial sewing, mostly onsite. I only need to sew at home occasionally, but I do need somewhere to store my equipment and work when required.

I have great references from previous accommodation, no pets and no children. I’m an Australian local from Brisbane.

I’m really looking for the right fit for everyone — somewhere that can help with the cost of living while also giving me the practical space I need to live, study, work and function properly. I am hoping to move as soon as possible, as my current location does not suit my needs.

I’d also love to continue my community volunteering and have a more functional and settled place to live.
