Ayeon

Hello! My name is Ayeon Lim and I’m from Korea. I recently came to Australia on a working holiday visa.

I’m looking for a clean, bright and comfortable home with a friendly atmosphere. I usually prefer a quiet environment at home, but I’m also happy to socialize and enjoy the occasional small gathering with housemates.

I’ve lived independently since I was 18, so I’m very used to taking care of a home and keeping shared spaces clean and organized. I’m an outgoing and positive person who enjoys meeting new people and getting along with others. I don’t smoke and I only drink occasionally (about once every few months, and not much).

I also value personal space, so when I’m at home I usually like to relax quietly. I love animals as well. My mother runs a pet grooming shop in Korea, so I’ve had a lot of experience taking care of dogs and cats. If you have pets, I’d be happy to help look after them sometimes.

Although I haven’t found a job yet, I plan to start working soon after settling in. Rent will never be an issue as my parents support part of my living expenses, so payments will always be on time.

Ideally, I’m looking for a clean house with good sunlight and respectful housemates where we can live comfortably and considerately together. I’d prefer a master room, but a private room would also be perfectly fine.
