Dawn and Jason

Wanted: two rooms on or near the Gold Coast.

Hello! We're Dawn and Jason. We are looking for long term accommodation-
12 months plus.

We've been living together for the last 6 years.
We're not a couple, but close friends looking for a home with 2 spare bedrooms in a lovely relaxed share house.

We're both 50+ and lead settled lives. We've lived in a share house with between 4 and 6 people, so we're very comfortable with shared living and understand the importance of being tidy, respectful and considerate.

Dawn is a qualified horticulturist (currently on a disability pension), so naturally enjoys nurturing green spaces.

Jason is a full time software engineer who is also working on a few projects at the moment.

A pool would be an amazing bonus, and we'd especially love an outdoor area to relax and so Dawn can tend to her potplants, but are flexible for the right home.

We come from a calm, happy household, and value open communication, mutual respect, and a peaceful living environment. We're hoping to find like-minded people to share a friendly, harmonious home with.

Our preferred locations are north of Ashmore, including Nerang, Pacific Pines, Oxenford, Upper Coomera, and nearby hinterland-fringe areas.

References are available, and we are ready to move over the next few weeks as our landlord is selling our current property.
