Hi, I’m Ray. I’m 53 years old and looking for somewhere to call home. Although I’m essentially looking to relocate to the Wollongong region, as I’m currently in Albury I am also exploring a 3 to 6 month stay here.
I am a quiet person who enjoys my own space while at the same time am easy going and good company to have around.
Due to some health issues, I am unable to work but do have a reliable income and can be trusted to pay rent on time, every time.
My health issues mean that I am looking for somewhere quiet either on my own or sharing with minimal other people. Having said that I am realistic and understand that shared living involves compromising and establishing expectations from the get-go.
I really enjoy fishing and the type of lifestyle that comes with living near the coast and am keen to relocate ASAP.
I am hoping this move will be helpful and allow me easier access to medical services and a more relaxed lifestyle. I’m also hoping that I can find the right fit and not only contribute financially, but also be a positive addition to your home and life. I am open to this being a medium to long term arrangement if it suits both parties.
Bonus points if I can find somewhere close to public transport.
As I am currently based in Albury, NSW I’d be happy to arrange a video call in order to meet, see the space and talk things through in preparation for relocating.
