I struggle to decide what to say about me so anything you want to know, ask!
As a housemate though...
I tend to stay out of people's way to be respectful of others and their lives. I am a believer in acceptance of people for who they are and I value peace and comfort. My non-negotiables:
- reasonable with hygiene (no smells, infestations, excessive clutter, messes that are unhealthy or disgusting)
- air con! it's bloody hot in Perth and we can't be fighting for temperature control, I like it cold at home I'm sorry!
- own bathroom and shower
(I have no pets but would like to adopt a cat or live with one)

My promises:
- I don't touch your possessions nor invade your personal affairs
- I don't bring trouble inside or outside the home
- I have never missed a payment/bill and never will
