Theo and Grace

Hi, I’m Theo, 24, originally from the UK and recently moved to Sydney with my girlfriend Grace (24). I work full-time in recruitment based in Rosebery, typically Monday–Friday standard office hours. Grace works in healthcare with a similar full-time schedule.

We’re both pretty active and enjoy going to the gym, getting outdoors, and making the most of living near the coast — things like surfing, beach days, hiking and exploring around Sydney. We’re also social people who enjoy the occasional drink at the pub or a relaxed dinner with housemates, but we’re equally respectful of everyone’s space and downtime.

We’re tidy, easygoing and used to living in shared houses, so we’re mindful of keeping common areas clean and being considerate of others. Overall we’re just looking for a friendly, relaxed place with like-minded people where everyone gets along.
