Valentine and Tim

Hi everyone 😊

We’re Tim and Valentine - a couple in our mid-30s currently looking for a long-term room, studio, granny flat, or share house in Perth.

After travelling around Asia for the past year and a half, we recently moved to Perth after securing full-time work. We were in Queensland for 10yrs+ before travelling. Valentine works in the government in the CBD, and Tim works in environmental science and sustainability.

We currently have accommodation until 26th June, but we’re flexible with move-in dates for the right place.

We’re mainly looking around Swanbourne, Mosman Park, Cottesloe, and Fremantle, but are definitely flexible - especially if it’s close to the beach 😊 The closer to the ocean, the happier we are! We love snorkelling, scuba diving, being outdoors, and exploring new areas around Perth as we’re still pretty new here.

We are ideally looking for a master bedroom or two bedrooms as long as it’s within our budget but we are flexible. Furnishings/bills can be discussed later too.

We’re clean, respectful, financially stable, quiet, and easy-going people who genuinely value a peaceful and comfortable home environment. We’ve both lived in share houses before and understand the importance of being considerate, communicative, and keeping shared spaces tidy. We don’t smoke or use drugs, and drink only minimally.
