Newport, Sydney escapee, currently on a first-name basis with Booking.com’s holiday rates. I run a small disability-support business up here — quiet hours, early starts, one filing cabinet of destiny. Partner’s still in Sydney perfecting the “we’ll buy up there” timeline, so I need a real base, not another last-minute two-bed.
Looking for a long-term rental: mostly furnished, and my own bathroom if you’ve got one (the filing cabinet can live in a corner). I land with two suitcases, no pets, no kids. Jazz on low, beach and park picnics when the roster allows. I leave shared spaces cleaner than I found them — if the house still looks like adults live here, we’ll get on.
