I’m 35 and have recently moved from Melbourne to Sydney to start a Research Officer role at the Children’s Cancer Institute. I’m looking for somewhere to settle in for around 3 months, and potentially longer if it feels like the right fit.

I’m friendly, tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I really value a home that feels peaceful, clean, and comfortable, and I’m always mindful of other people’s space and routines. I’m quite work-focused and live a pretty quiet lifestyle, so I’d be a reliable and easy-going housemate.

I always pay rent and bills on time, keep shared spaces clean, and would love to find a place that feels relaxed and positive to come home to.
