Budget wise. $300-$400 max per week.

Flexible depending on the property.
Happy to stretch the budget a fair bit
if it’s just me and one other girl for a more spacious place.

A bit about me: I’m 25, originally from the Eastern Suburbs, and have been renting for the past 8 years.

I work full-time Monday to Friday as a Showroom Consultant in Alexandria.

If I team up with someone, I’ll be bringing my furniture with me. If I’m moving into an existing place, I’m happy to bring pieces if needed or part with it.

I love going to the beach, hiking, socialising, and catching up with friends over dinner or drinks. It would be lovely to share the occasional wine with my housemate, while still valuing downtime and personal space.
I’m hoping to meet like-minded people and make some friends along the way.

I also have a cat who would be coming with me, she’s very well-behaved and extremely low maintenance, but I completely understand that pets aren’t for everyone 😊
