I’m a Chinese student starting my Master of Laws (LLM) at ANU in July. I’m tidy, quiet, and highly focused on my studies, with a consistent daily schedule—usually studying on campus or in the library during the day, and keeping quiet in the evenings. I respect others’ privacy deeply, always keep shared spaces clean, and pay rent and bills promptly without reminders. I don’t smoke, have no pets or dependents, and thrive in a calm, friendly living environment.
I am looking for a long-term, peaceful home close to ANU campus. I’m reliable, easygoing, and happy to contribute to a harmonious household—whether that’s helping with chores or maintaining casual, friendly interactions.
