Hello! I'm looking for a room!

I’m a 30-year-old male (born in '95) from South Korea, moving to Canberra on April 12th. I’m currently looking for a private or master room, and I’d prefer a place in the Gungahlin area. My budget for the rent is up to $250 per week.

I’ll be in Sydney from April 1st to 11th, so I’d love to come and see the room in person sometime during the second week of April. If that’s not possible, I’m also happy to do an online viewing!

I have nearly 10 years of experience living independently, so I’m very tidy, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. I am a non-smoker and only drink very occasionally, so you won't have to worry about any smoke smells or loud parties. Having plenty of work experience, I truly value clear communication and a peaceful home environment.

To be honest, my English is quite limited, so I'm using a translator to communicate. However, I am doing my best to learn and improve every day! I’m a friendly and considerate person, so I’m sure we’ll get along well.

Could you please provide some photos of the room, the exact location, and confirm if the rent includes bills?
