I'm a friendly 34-year-old looking for a room to rent part time. I currently live in Brisbane with my long-term partner Matt but I'm looking for a place close by Sunshine Coast Uni Hospital where I will be working full time for the next 6 months (April to October). My partner will stay in Brisbane for his work, but will come up to Sunny Coast probably once a month to stay with me for the weekend (he is very kind and considerate and will respect your space but if you are not happy with this arrangement then I am perhaps not the housemate for you).

I am friendly, polite and keep a clean and tidy house. I will honestly rarely be home. I'm looking for a calm and quiet place to eat and sleep :) My working hours will be Mon-Fri 8.00-4.30pm and most weekends I will be in Brisbane.

About me - I do a lot of my own cooking, am vegetarian, love dogs, enjoy walks, running, going to the gym, watching NRL and spending time with my partner, friends and family.
