I currently live in Greenmount but my housemate would like to live with her partner so I am looking for a new house share.

I’m looking to move in the new year but, for the right place, could look to move much earlier.

I’m a FIFO plant operator on a 2:1 rosta. The mines I go to change roughly every 6 months so there are times I may be home for 2-3 weeks rather than just the 1 when we are doing a site swap and potential rosta change onto a new crew.
As there is a potential I can swap rostas I can’t commit to being on the opposite swing to anyone long term. Happy to share with someone else FIFO if you’re happy to potentially be on r&r at the same time.

I currently water my house mates plants, help with cleaning and will look after her cats if she wants to go away whilst I’m on r&r so would be happy with a similar arrangement for a new house share.

A bit about me:
I’m from the UK
I like cooking, reading, crochet, coffee and exploring.
I do drink but not often and not many, heavy party days are over.
I’m not vegetarian (I see many ads asking for a vegetarian house mate so feels important to say)

What I’m looking for;
- Double room - ideally furnished
- Built in robe
- Car parking (driveway, garage or street is fine)
- Within 20 minute drive of the airport
- En-suite room would be nice but not essential, just space to keep shower toiletries in a shared bathroom would be great.
- Currently live with one other woman, happy to consider larger house holds and living with male or female house mates.

My current house mate is happy to be a reference for me if you need one, can either get something in writing for you or she’s happy for you to give her a call.
