I’m a 26 years old postgraduate student at the University of Western Australia (UWA). I have a part-time job, so I keep a steady and responsible routine. I’m a quiet and respectful person who values a calm and comfortable living environment.

In my free time, I enjoy drawing, exploring good food, and other creative activities. I’m very clean and tidy, and I always make sure to keep shared spaces well maintained. I also have a car, so parking access would be a plus.

I appreciate a friendly and easygoing household atmosphere. I like animals and am completely comfortable living in a home with pets, I don’t have a pet though.

Looking forward to finding a clean, comfortable, and respectful place to call home. I’m ideally looking for a long-term stay of over one year.
