I work full-time in a warehouse nearby and have a stable income. I may also work part-time in Mornington.

I’m clean, quiet, respectful, and easy to live with. I don’t smoke or party and always keep shared spaces tidy. No pet No boyfriend.

Planning to stay for around 3 months initially, but open to extending longer if it’s a good fit.

Available to move in from 25 April.

• Location: around Mordialloc / Aspendale / Chelsea.

• Room type: Private furnished room (queen bed, wardrobe, desk required)

• Budget: Up to $300 per week, ALL BILLS INCLUDED (water, electricity, gas, internet)
