Ugyen and Kelden

At 60 I am perfectly fit without any issues. I am pursuing a PhD in Architecture and Interior Architecture at Curtin University and also working part-time as a security officer. My wife works full time as an AIN in the agecare industry. We have been living in Perth since beginning of 2023 and we had been very good tenants in all our rented houses. We are looking for a new place to live in only because our current house owner wishes to sale the property. We love to maintain our house/unit always neat and tidy and we are more than considerate of others happiness and well being always. While we enjoy meeting new people we are more than conscious of others' privacy requirements and concerns just as we wish for ourselves. Good day to all.
