Maïa and Francesco

My name is Maïa, I’m a 25-year-old from Belgium and I’m looking for a place with my partner Francesco, who is 29 and from Italy.

I am currently on a Working Holiday Visa and working in a hotel in Scarborough. Francesco is on a Student Visa, he attends classes twice a week and works full-time as a fitness coach in a gym.

We are a busy and active couple
Most days, we leave home early and come back late, usually going to the gym after work. Francesco sometimes comes home briefly during the day for his lunch break. We typically have one to two days off per week, and during those days we either relax at home or enjoy going out, walking, going to the beach or doing activities. We like to stay active but also appreciate a calm and comfortable home environment.

We are currently living in a share house in Scarborough with one other person, but our lease ends in June, so we are looking to find a new place before then.

Ideally, we are looking for a share house or apartment in areas such as Innaloo, Karrinyup, Wembley, Scarborough or Leederville. Our preference would be to have our own bedroom, a private bathroom and a garage or parking space for Francesco’s car.

We are very clean, respectful and mindful of hygiene and shared spaces. We are non-smokers, do not use drugs, have no pets and only drink occasionally.

We’re looking for a comfortable, clean, and friendly place that matches our lifestyle.
