Hi there 🙂 I’m Maia a 29 year old Kiwi whos just moved back to Perth ☺️☺️ I’ve lived in flats for the past 8 years so I have lots of experience living with others, paying rent on time and sharing a space. I’m a chill, tidy person that likes to socialise with housemates but also loves my own personal space. For work I'll be bartending in Northbridge so I'll be leaving for work around 7pm and returning home to sleep around 4am. I promise everyone I’ve lived with has said I’m quiet as a mouse haha. My budget is around 300 a week but willing to pay more for somewhere closer to my work! Outside of work I’m a pretty creative person and love to sew and sketch. I’ve always wanted to learn to knit so maybe that’s my new grandma hobby🧵 🪡 Also a bit of a gym addict and beach bum when the weather allows it! 🏖️ 🏝️ however my true passion is watching TV.
