I'm a respectful, easy-going guy (40) and I'm looking for a long-term home in the form of a bungalow, detached dwelling, granny flat, tiny home, or similar self-contained space. Happy to consider a larger room in a shared house though.

I value privacy, cleanliness, and treating a home as my sanctuary. I'm quiet by nature at first, but good value once I get comfortable. I'm currently re-skilling from healthcare into cyber security.

In me, you can expect a reliable tenant who communicates clearly, pays on time, and that I will take pride in the space around me. I'm tidy, considerate of neighbours, and treat any place I live in with the same care I'd give to my own home.

I don't have pets, but am totally fine if you do!
