I am Ziwei Mo, or you can call me Alan. I am working as an early childcare teacher, and I intend to move to Perth from Adelaide at the end of June. I am looking for a shared house or apartment that is next to the Perth CBD. I am a quiet, clean and disciplined person. I don't smoke, and i don't drug and i don't have any pets.
I prefer the property to be furnished and to include an independent bathroom for me, as well as bills. I hope my roommate is also a quiet and well-organised person, and never holds any parties at home.
