Hi, my name is Jack, and my partners name is Jayda. I am a qualified carpenter working full-time with a local company in Bayswater, and Jayda is a qualified accountant employed full-time in the city. We both have stable, secure employment and take pride in being financially responsible.
As a couple, we value maintaining a clean, tidy, and respectful home. We are quiet, considerate, and take good care of the properties we live in. We have previously been head tenants in past rental properties, so we understand the responsibilities that come with a lease — including paying rent on time, maintaining the property, and communicating promptly and respectfully with flatmates/head tenants/landlords. We are able to provide strong rental references from our previous leases.
