Hi, my name is Melissa (Mel) and I’m looking for a place with an unfurnished bedroom & another room or space for my lounge & TV etc, my own bathroom, and some garage space for my car — or a granny flat. I’d also be open to teaming up with someone in the Caloundra, Sippy Downs, Buderim, Brightwater, Mountain Creek or Kawana, Birtinya areas.

I work as an Admin Officer at SCUH 4 days a week. I’m honest, reliable, very clean and tidy, considerate person who values a calm, respectful home environment. I live a healthy lifestyle and enjoy Pilates, TRX, gym classes, love family time, a good coffee, markets, and church on Sundays. I don’t smoke, only an occasional drink, no pets.

I’m looking to share with someone who is kind, friendly, and easygoing, but who also truly values personal space, boundaries, and respecting each other’s routines. I think it’s important to have a home where you can enjoy a chat when it suits, but also feel comfortable having your own quiet time.

I’m hoping to find a relaxed, peaceful vibe and place to call home. My budget is around $350 per week (including utilities). I’m very mindful of electricity and water usage.
