I'm a 35-year-old easy going guy, looking for a place in the hills away from built up areas where its a bit quieter and I can enjoy some greenery and wild life. I work full time in vegetation management and enjoy quiet nights after work, going for walks and working out. However, I love having a hang out and a glass of wine or gin on Fridays and the weekend.

I love music of all sorts and always up for putting some tunes on. But respect when people want some quiet time. Most of my time at home would probably working on converting my van into a camper.

I'd prefer only one other house mate, but open to more, especially if there's a studio or bungalow available.

I think being good house mates demands excellent communication. If there's ever any issues, I'm really easy to chat to about things, and I'll politely let you know too!
