I am a 58-year-old woman who works full time and prefers living in a clean, relaxed studio. I enjoy a calm lifestyle, beach walking, visiting wine bars & looking forward to making new connections. I don't own pets, but like them nor do I have kids I live with (grown & out of home) and I value a happy, down to earth & not too frantic home environment.
