Hi all! My name is Bel (brunette). I’m moving to Sydney from late-May/June and am seeking a single room or studio in Sydney CBD with a budget of $400/week (flexible). I am looking for a minimum of 3+ months stay (open to long-term) in Surry Hills, Chippendale, Newtown, Haymarket, etc. but am flexible on location and pricing - just need anywhere close to a train station!

I work a stable, government job and am happy to pay two months in advance, with rental refs. I own my own home interstate and would ensure I treat yours with the same level of care and respect that I have with mine. I am respectful, tidy and keep a clean space, so bond back is a guarantee!

A little about me - I love impromptu adventures, anything outdoors, finding new places to explore for a feed or a cheeky vino, travelling, laughing, cultural and arts events, gigs and a camp. I’m fairly laid back, considerate and independent but also enjoy the occasional shared charcuterie board or games night. I am very happy to live with people of different faiths, sexual orientations, identities and backgrounds.
