Destiny

Hi,

My name is Destiny, and I am a 22-year-old student currently completing my Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing. I am in the final stage of my course and will soon be commencing placement.

I have a stable and reliable income, including Centrelink support and consistent family assistance, and I can comfortably afford rent. I also have over 12 months of rental history with a strong record of on-time payments.

I am a quiet, clean, and respectful tenant who takes pride in maintaining a well-kept home. I do not smoke or party and live a calm lifestyle focused on my studies.

I am seeking a long-term, private rental where I can maintain a peaceful and stable living environment. I have my own furniture and am ready to move in immediately.

I have two cats, Smokee and Narla (both 4 years old), who are desexed, vaccinated, fully litter trained, and primarily indoor. They are well-behaved, and I maintain a high standard of cleanliness. I am also happy to arrange professional carpet cleaning and flea treatment at the end of the lease.
