Hi,

My name is Destiny, and I am a 22-year-old student currently completing my Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing. I am in the final stage of my course and will soon be commencing placement.

I have a reliable income and can comfortably afford rent up to $480 per week. I also have over 12 months of rental history with consistent, on-time payments.

I am a quiet, clean, and respectful person. I do not smoke or party, and I take pride in maintaining a well-kept home. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my cats, cooking and baking, going to the beach, exploring nature, reading, and occasionally attending car events.

I am looking for my own private rental (not a sharehouse) where I can have a peaceful living environment.

I have two indoor cats, Smokee and Narla (both 4 years old), who are fully litter trained, vaccinated, and well-behaved. I maintain a high standard of cleanliness and am happy to arrange professional carpet cleaning and flea treatment at the end of the lease.

I am seeking a long-term rental while I complete my studies. I have all documents ready, can move quickly,
