Hi future flatmates!

I'm Loclan, a professional arts worker in my late 30s originally from Melbourne. I'll be in Perth for 7 weeks working full-time on a production at Crown Burswood so I'm looking for a short-term, furnished rental within easy commuting distance for the period 10 Aug – 28 Sep.

I'm friendly, easy-going, clean and tidy, a half-decent cook, plenty of share house experience. My interests include bushwalking, biking, reading, travel, swimming, gardening, environmentalism, and urban design. I enjoy living with other interesting people, but also tend to keep pretty busy with work, sport, and other activities.

My work schedule is a bit changeable so I will often be out of the house evenings and weekends. At home I appreciate a restful, clean, relaxed space.
