I am currently a full-time research student at Griffith University, recently relocated to Brisbane. My husband works as an IT engineer, and we are looking for a long-term rental home. As homeowners ourselves with a property available for rent elsewhere, we have a strong understanding of tenants’ responsibilities and are committed to maintaining the property with care and respect.
