Hi! My name is Juan I am a 22 yo spanish guy who jus arrived in the Gold Coast couple of days ago. I am looking for a cheap flat in a relax location ( would like between Mermaid/Miami beach and Tugun). I am not giving so much importance to luxury like a pool or a perfect flat, I prefer a cheap place.
I am an easy going person who loves outdoor life and sports (love surfing). I am a tidy clean person who would be hapy if a can find a flatmate to share a meal, a conversation and meeting each other.
I am doing a student visa in surfers paradise so it would be great if the house is near a public transport station.
