I’m reaching out because I’m interested in your room/accommodation listing.

A bit about me: I’ve been in stable employment for the past two years working as a medic with Wilson Medic One. I also own a property that I rent out, so I understand the importance of being respectful of a home, keeping shared spaces clean, and paying rent and bills on time. I also have extensive house-sharing experience and would be more than happy to provide references.

On a personal note, I’m an active and friendly guy who enjoys good company, but I’m also very comfortable keeping to myself and respecting others’ space. I enjoy adventure, sport, exercise, and studying anything related to human biology. Alongside working full-time, I’m also completing a Bachelor of Paramedical Science, so I’m very focused, driven, and generally keep busy.
