Currently in Pyrmont but looking to move closer to the beach — Bondi is my dream spot!

I'm working part-time and studying accounting on the side (USCPA) but most of my free time I want to be in the water — I'm keen to surf as much as possible and really want to meet people who love the beach lifestyle too.

I'm clean, easy-going, respectful of shared spaces, and happy to share a room if it means living closer to the beach. Looking for $300/week inc. bills, and open to a friendly house with locals or international housemates — somewhere I can actually build a life, not just crash.
