I am a service technician - recently secured a job in Perth, looking for a place to live for 6 months or so initially. I rarely eat out and value healthy heating. I take a reasonable, balanced and considerate approach to things. I will be working quite a lot, sometimes away/FIFO. I can expect to get call outs although I doubt these will be of the "middle of the night" type. When I am not working I will be at the gym, cooking, eating or sleeping... I will need space for a personal vehicle and a work vehicle (can be on street parking). Social enough for the odd drink or board game, also understand that others need their own space.

I am also a fully Licensed Plumber/Gasfitter.
