hi i am liam and i am 24 from new zealand. i have been living and working in perth for over a year and a half as a police officer. i am often out of the house due to 50 hr work weeks and long shifts. i have a stable and steady income and a clean rental history. i am looking for a new place nearer to the city.

i am a very clean, organised and tidy individual. i am extremely respectful of shared spaces and my own space. i very much appreciate a calm and peaceful environment.

a little bit about myself, i enjoy going to the gym and i tend to keep very busy on my days off. i live an active lifestyle and like to catch up with mates frequently. i also enjoy travelling, going to the beach and just chilling. overall i am a pretty chilled out guy, i tend to be more introverted but always down for a bit of socialising.
