Hey, we’re a clean, easygoing couple looking to team up with 1 or 2 (ideally another couple) people to find a rental together around North Melbourne area like Pascoe vale and surrounding areas for a 12 month lease in July.

A bit about us:
We enjoy golf, tennis, gym, going to the beach, walking the dog, good food and downtime at home. We’re social and friendly but also like our quiet time.

I’m currently studying and working casually and my partner works part-time.

We also have an older dog who is very quiet, clean and well-behaved.

What we’re looking for:
• Respectful, clean and easygoing housemates
• People who are happy with a quiet, tidy home
• Open to sharing responsibilities around the house
• We’re not looking for a party house

Would be awesome to make some good mates out of this, not just share a house.

Budget:
Looking at around $500–$650 per week total rent, split between the 3 or 4 of us.
