Hi, I'm looking for a home with kind housemates, and a lovely backyard to hang out in. I'm a friendly person, but I'm respectful and considerate of the needs and boundaries of housemates in a sharehouse - everyone needs their own space. I'm experienced in sharehousing and I'm responsible and reliable. I'm looking for housemates that I get along with, so that it feels like a home, not just staying in a house. Also I love a peaceful home - I'm not a party person (of course celebrations from time to time are nice). I love: * Staying connected with family & friends * Learning about technology and learning other new skills (I'd love to learn woodworking - I did a beginner's short course last year) * A Netflix binge when I can * Social justice (my background is in community development) * Being outdoors in nature (even lying in the backyard) * Cats 😊
I’m a very friendly easy to get along with person , I like to socialize but can also be a bit of an introvert. Currently living in a share house and looking to move out by Jan 23rd at latest. Prefer something close to city or near trains/trams as I work in the CBD :) Respectful of other people’s privacy. Not really looking for a ‘party’ house , but don’t mind having a drink here or there :) Looking for a long term stay - approx 12 months or more. Don’t mind teaming up with someone and finding a place together!
A third year uni student looking for some kind, spirited and respectful housemates to live with. I am hoping to find roommates that want to create a supportive and caring space for each other to share and thrive in. I love honesty, I love passionate hard working people. Terms and conditions: you would be cool living with a very sweet 7 year old cat, who loves spending time outdoors. However if I must live without my soulmate he will be safe and well at my family’s home in the meantime.
Hi! I'm Max, Around my friends I can seem very extroverted but around the house it is very much the opposite, I tend to spend most of my time in my room. I grew up in Brunswick and was raised in a multi-cultured environment with all walks of life to learn from. I'm currently living in Mill Park with a female grade 3 primary teacher and we get along really well! I'm a mature aged apprentice Cabinetmaker and love what I do! Family oriented and tend to visit them every chance I get. I like playing sports of all kinds. Although if I had to pick one it would be mixed netball. After work I usually hit the gym or do a home workout and then veg out in my room. Weekends are pretty much my free time to get out and be active seeing as work takes up most of my energy of a week. I usually go out dancing with friends every 2nd weekend. I also like going to music festivals and hitting the beach any chance I get. (beach more often because festivals are expensive!) I don't smoke and I don't drink too often (once every 2 weeks on average).
Hi, I am Saqib and I work as a Consultant during Monday-Friday along with a small startup on side. On the weekends, camping, cycling, sporting, drinking or binge-watching, I am up for it all. I am very laid back, clean, friendly and respectful. Looking for a room with own bathroom in a flat/house which is conveniently located to access city via car or PT. Also, happy to team up with 3-4 people and lease a property which we can all call Home. Please feel free to message me if you are interested or would like to know more.
Hey! My current housemate is moving to Tasmania (right?) and I'm looking for a room, so if you have a spare room we're already off to a great start. I'm a pretty standard 9-5 guy, working in the CBD. I'm looking for somewhere relatively close that has some pretty nice places (cafes, bars, restaurants) nearby. I'm honestly really chill when it comes to living situations so I'm pretty flexible. I'm a fully qualified adult in that I know how to clean up after myself, generally take care of things and not have unwanted parties. This is certainly not my first rodeo when it comes to house sharing, I'm definitely pretty considerate. I have rent and bond ready to go. I definitely like my own space but a big fan of adding to the vibe of the house. I'd prefer a 'home' not a house. If we're all living with each other we might as well be friends, right? If you like the occasional night out or in with uber eats I think we'd get along pretty well. I'm never sure what to write in these things so I'll end it there before I get too weird. Shoot me a message if you're interested :)
Hello! I am from Auckland, New Zealand, looking for a place to stay for the next year or so as I have recently moved to Melbourne as an engineer. The current lease for the place which I am staying at is ending in the new year. Preferably looking at suburbs close to Melbourne CBD, but also looking at suburbs between the CBD and Melbourne Airport (where I work). A little bit about me, I am social, tidy, and usually out and about trying to keep active. Would love to hear from you if you have anything available!
I'm not moving to Melbourne till around the start of February next year but thought I'd keep an eye out now. I will be studying full time at Rmit and working part time in retail. When I'm free I like to catch up with friends or just relax by reading, sewing or watching tv. I'm very friendly and easy going.
I am finishing up a 2 year work secondment in London so will be relocating back to Melbourne in the last week of January and looking for a new place to live. I will be working full time as a flight attendant and prefer a quieter house to relax in when I’m home. I’m ideally looking for a place with only one other flatmate.
I’m a friendly open person, easy to talk to. I like to keep my surroundings clean and don’t like to live in too much clutter. I’ve lived in a share house before and would like to be able to talk and socialise with my housemates but also prefer my alone time as I’m sure others would too 😊 I work full time in banking in the city.
