$250/week•31 year old female
I’m a kindergarten teacher, and generally work 7-3 Mon to Fri. I like chill week nights, but enjoy getting out and about on the weekends. Happy to share a beer and play board games or video games. I am fairly social, a bit of a foodie and like a clean living environment. I am looking for either one or two housemates to go on a lease with. Anyone want to go rental hunting? Love dogs, but am allergic to cats. I come with a fridge, everything a kitchen could ever need, tv, a washing machine, and a dining table and chairs.

Hi! My name is Lauren, I’m a 24-year-old book editor. I work full time in a Carlton office, and enjoy having quiet, relaxed nights at home after work. I love reading (obviously!), watching tv/movies and getting outdoors with friends when I can. I’m very clean, respectful and friendly, and have lived in sharehouse situations for the last 6 or so years, so am a very reliable housemate.

My name is Steven (or Steve is fine too), i'm a 24 year old studying psychology full time while working park time at Crown. I'm very friendly and thoroughly enjoy a good conversation. I'm very open minded and very clean. I enjoy playing video and board games (when I have the time), trying to stay fit either with walks, jogs, or the gym and watching netflix. I understand the need for privacy and fully appreciate personal space.

$230/week•33 year old male
Hi, I'm Chris, I am a 33 year old, Primary School Teacher working in Brunswick. I am looking for a place to share with clean, friendly, easy-going and considerate people. I am quiet, clean, thoughtful and know how to share a house/space. I am able to keep myself busy but also like to socialise with my housemates at times over a drink or a shared meal. I enjoy netflixing, camping, riding, running, good coffee and cooking. I do have a small indoor dog who I share custody of. I am thoughtful, kind and easy going. Although I can come across a little on the quiet side, I have a quirky sense of humour and I'm always up for a laugh. I eat and cook anything and everything, not overly fussy but occasionally like to take my time faffing about making things in the kitchen (obviously not to the detriment of others). I like to cook and share the occasional meal but happy to work around others. I have furniture for my bedroom, but not too much else. Though happy to acquire additional household furniture if it is needed. My dog Poppy, doesn’t live with me full time. She is a small, bouncy and affectionate fluff ball. Completely house trained and very friendly. She will go to work with me most days that she is with me. Maltese Shitzu x Toy Poodle

$250/week•25 year old female
LOOKING FOR HOUSEMATE FRIEND: I am looking for a NON-JUDGEMENTAL, environmentally friendly, animal loving girl between the ages of 23 and 27 – with little to no furniture, that likes routine and order, wants their own bathroom and is looking to live in a spacious two bedroom with parking and a bathtub, half an hour max on PT commute to city. Budgeting between 200-250 a week each (excluding bills), yearly lease, that we could look for together in the next few months or so. Has proven rental or budgeting history and income, takes pride in their house and garden, is tidy and hygienic, respectful of house rules, reliable and responsible, considerate, polite and trustworthy. Ideally, I would like you to not only be a housemate but a friend too, so hopefully we would share some things in common. About me: I’m 25, working casually but have 7 and a half years of rental history and am good at budgeting. I care a lot about the environment and sustainability, love Harry Potter, don’t have any pets with me currently but would like to again one day. I’m a Capricorn, interested in health and fitness (running/walking/hiking), self-improvement and love vegan food/things so bonus points if you’re into those too! I have pretty much a whole house worths of furniture already as I’ve been living on and off on my own the last 6 years, so you would only really need things for your own room or maybe to help out if we are missing something we feel we both need. I am not religious, my lifestyle is usually work/clean/exercise on workdays and catch up with friends/projects/relax/exercise/everything else in life on days off. If this sounds perfect for you, please message me for more information! If it sounds like something someone you know might be keen for, please share with them!

We're both clean and tidy, keep to ourselves but don't mind a good chat when the occasion arises. I work full time in the CBD and have children but they rarely stay with us. We are reliable and respect other's space and very easy to get along with.

LOOKING FOR FEMALE ROOMMATES. Hi! I’m a criminology student who is currently working as a swimming instructor. I’m pretty laid back so always down for a yarn or to hang out with flatmates and watch some TV, but also value my alone time and can be quiet as a mouse. I love good music and a boogie and always up for a game night. I’m a good cook so happy to whip up something for the house, preferably looking for a kitchen with some bench space! The only negative to me I can think of is that I play the drums. I strictly only play when I am home alone, so the drumming shouldn’t bother you but I would need to have some neighbours who don’t spend all day at home or won’t mind the max 30 minutes of noise a day. I would love to live with respectful (I.e. inclusive, open minded and not spouting xenophobia) housemates.
