Full-time professional (regular WFH) seeking balanced sharehouse | $350/wk | Mid‑June

Hi! I’m Marcos — a full-time professional in my late 30's who WFH regularly. I’m looking for a place from mid‑June.

Besides having a healthy lifestyle (gym, beach, outdoors, camping, etc), I’m easy-going, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy a friendly chat, and also value other's privacy— I’m looking for a balanced household with good vibe and respectful people.

Open to a sharehouse, or a Teams Up for a 2+ House, Townhouse or apartment. Also open to a Granny, studio, 1 bedder or the like.

What I’m looking for:
• Budget: up to $350/week
• Move-in: mid‑June
• Location: ideally within ~15km of the ocean. Good gym/sauna facilities nearby will be a plus!
• Must-have: Off street parking available. Garage for a few tools and camping gear will be great
• WFH: reliable internet as I work from home regularly
• Prefer: non-smoking household and not a party house
