Hi! I’m Zoey Lee, a 26-year-old female from South Korea. I’m moving to Sydney on May 11th with a working holiday visa and looking for a private room (1 person 1 room).

I am available to move in from May 15th (or any date after) and looking for a long-term stay. Since I arrive on the 11th, I’m ready to start my lease immediately for the right place!

I’m very organized and love keeping my living space spotless. I’m the type of person who cleans up immediately after cooking!

I’m a non-smoker. I love running (I’ve finished five 10km marathons!) and outdoor activities.
✔️ Busy Bee
I’m on a working holiday visa and plan to work two jobs, so I’ll be out of the house most of the time. When I’m home, I usually spend my time studying or watching Netflix quietly.

✅ What I’m Looking For:
✔️ Budget: Up to $350 per week (including bills preferred).
✔️ Duration: Looking for a long-term stay (at least 6 months).
✔️ Location: Areas with good access to the City (e.g., Pyrmont, Haymarket, Surry Hills, Woolloomooloo, Potts Point, or any areas with easy access to the CBD.)

✅ Inspections:
I’ll be in Sydney from May 11th for in-person inspections. Until then, I’m available for video call inspections anytime!
I have my savings ready ($5,000+), so I can secure the bond and rent immediately for the right place.
