Giles

Hello. I'm Giles Braid, 35, from the Isle of Man. I'm on a working holiday visa and have been travelling for over a year now, and am looking for a studio or granny flat to settle in for 6 months. Somewhere to call a home, rather than just a bed. I feel very cosy and comfortable in small spaces. Also, I don't like sharing with people as they tend not to uphold my cleanliness standards. I like to keep my space very clean. I don't smoke, I don't have any pets and I don't party. I am polite and respectful and mostly quiet, except I sing in the shower sometimes. I have savings to cover the rent very comfortably, I can provide my bank statement to prove this. I am not working at the moment as I want to focus on learning computer science with the goal of getting remote web or software development work. I have rental and professional references if required. I have never been late with rent, I always look after where I live and am very house proud. When not studying, I'll probably be exploring Melbourne, climbing in the bouldering gym, riding my motorbike into the hills, relaxing watching youtube and movies or cooking up interesting food.

I am looking in any suburb in between Werribee to Craigiburn to Mount Evelyn to Dandenong (no further south that Dandenong) with good public transport links. Bonus points for somewhere to park my motorbike, and small outdoor space to keep flowers and plants in.
