Professional, Quiet Housemate Seeking Unfurnished Room (Max $280/week incl. bills)

Hello,

I am a 55-year-old professional man seeking clean, comfortable, and respectful shared accommodation with like-minded people, ideally other professionals. My budget is up to $280 per week, including bills, and I would prefer an unfurnished room.

I am currently based in Melbourne, originally from Adelaide, and I am planning to relocate back to Adelaide around 13 July 2026.

I work as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker in clinical mental health and lead a quiet, stable lifestyle. I am single and moving on my own, not with a partner or friend.

I value integrity, respect, and honesty, and I am looking to share with housemates who appreciate a calm, considerate, and mature home environment.

Ideally, I am seeking a property with some additional storage space for personal belongings (including some boxes and furniture, approximately the volume of two cars), as well as room for a compact home gym (approximately 170cm x 66cm), which I use twice a week.

I am initially looking to commit to a two-week stay and, if the arrangement is a good fit for everyone, extend to three months, with the possibility of further periodic extensions.
