My husband and I are full time professionals with a toddler and 3 month baby.
We are about to start renovations on our property and require short term accomodation (approx 3 months).
While we plan to live in our home where possible to oversee the renovations, I’m on maternity leave and will require a safe and quiet space for our family when the renovations become chaotic, particularly when we won’t have access to our kitchen and bathrooms.
My daughter has a very calm personality and is in daycare 3 days a week, and my husband works full time so most of the day it will only be myself and bub.
Both my husband and I have lived in share housing before so we are very respectful, clean and quiet tenants.
