I have lived in share houses for the last 21 years without any issues so I'm pretty sure I'm a decent housemate and tenant.

I clean up after myself and respect shared spaces, no loud music or slamming doors, and I used to be a gardener so I can keep the garden under control.

I play golf 3-5 days a week but other than that and work I'm a bit of a homebody. Maybe the occasional footy game during the season (Go Bombers!).

I tend to be pretty quiet and mostly keep to myself but happy to have a chat when we cross paths.

I am a smoker but I happily smoke outside. And I'm a very light social drinker.

I'm single. No kids. No pets. I don't bring visitors around.

For the past 14 years I've been sharing a house with a friend in Mooroolbark, and paying $225pw not inc bills.

Currently looking for work. I have some savings and centrelink in the meantime to comfortably cover rent. I've spent the last few years working part time and intend to continue that.

I have a car so would need parking (either on- of off-street is fine).
