Myself and my 9 year old daughter are moving over to Australia for at the end of may, we are looking for a furnished property that we can call home whilst we get settled. I will be happy to pay 3 months rent upfront as I have no current rental history in Australia if this would make the landlord happy with considering us. We are both neat and tidy, my partner lives in Sydney but we are living separately whilst I get my daughter settled into school and with a big move to the other side of the world. Looking for a minimum of 6 months
