Hi I'm a fun energetic, clean female. Divorced for a few years i get along well with my ex. Have been living in Nz 25 years. Recently been through rehab so not keen on a party house or where someones wants to 'have a wine' with me though others are free to do as they want. Im studying full stack development online, and have a company where I sell my I.P and ideas to which supplements my fortnightly centerlink allowance which itself would cover my rent budget and my ex sends me money to cover extras as well. I have about 10 years worth of rental history as well as character references from friends and the salvation army in Auckland where I volunteered for over a year. My preferred suburb is kingscliff as I'd like to volunteer at the op again 1 day a week. I dont smoke or vape, i dont drink or take drugs, have a few friends that I catch up with but no bioyfriend or drama style relationships. Looking for an easy going, male or female to live with. I'd prefer a seperate entrance and ensuite but am flexible in the right situation.
