Hi there! I’m Jhil, currently doing my Master’s at the University of Melbourne and have been in Melbourne for almost 2 years now. I’m currently looking for a room with an ensuite/private bathroom, ideally around CBD, Southbank, or Docklands, as I’m balancing uni, internships, events, and work, so being central really helps.

A little about me: I’m originally from Mumbai, India, and outside uni/work, I love good food, spontaneous drives, exploring the city, coffee runs, shopping, random weekend plans, and honestly just making the most of Melbourne while I’m here. I’m quite driven and usually juggling a lot, so I really value coming home to a space that feels easy, calm, and drama-free.

I’ve lived in shared spaces before, so I really value cleanliness, open communication, respecting personal space, and people who naturally have basic civic sense. I’m absolutely fine with friends coming over, little dinners, movie nights, etc. as long as there’s mutual respect around shared spaces and noise. I’m vegetarian, but not fussy at all about anyone else’s food choices 😊

I’m social, easygoing, and always up for the occasional catch-up or spontaneous plan, but I also fully respect everyone’s downtime (and definitely need mine too).
