I'm Jase, I'm 30 years old, recently moved to Melbourne after living in Sydney my entire life.

Easy going and laid back individual looking to move out of my current situation into something a little more stable. History working in the financial sector, currently in between jobs due to the recent move however comfortable financially.

Enjoy living an active lifestyle including going to the gym and finding new restaurants, cafes and places of interest, but also enjoy my own downtime playing with technology - big fan of pop culture including video games which is where I'll spend most of my time.

Actively cook 4~ times per week, rigorous in cleaning and maintaining a neat and organised space for myself and others.

Looking for somewhere stable that I can call home for the time being, preference is on long stay but open to arrangements, mostly just need a space I can be comfortable in that will allow ample space for my desk for work/leisure, cook meals and relax at the end of a long day.
