Tahleia and Brent

A little bit about us — I’m Tahleia, I work freelance in digital marketing, photography, website creation, graphic design, social media marketing, and I’m also a market stall holder on weekends. Brent works full-time as a carpenter. Together our average combined weekly income is a minimum of around $3000 and expected to continue increasing.

We both have our own cars, so parking would definitely be a bonus, although it’s not a requirement for us. We have no pets, don’t smoke, and only vape occasionally. We’re currently looking for somewhere with an immediate or short-term move-in date.

Brent also has an 11-year-old daughter who, in the near future, will hopefully be staying with us on arranged 50/50 custody days throughout the week. She is very quiet, respectful, kind-hearted, and has lovely manners — honestly the type of child you would barely notice is there most of the time. We just wanted to be upfront and transparent about that from the beginning.

We’re both very clean, respectful people and genuinely enjoy maintaining a tidy, peaceful living environment — it’s something that helps us de-stress and feel at home. You can be assured the property would always be treated with a high level of care and respect.

Paying our bills and rent on time is something we take very seriously and always prioritise. In the rare event of any unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances, we believe strongly in open communication and always make every effort to communicate proactively and responsibly.
