***on hold as I'm negotiating with current property manager 🙄***

Hello, I'm looking for someone to "team up" to find a house and sign a lease with me!

I work at SJOG Midland Hospital in the surgical department and study (nerd/apps).

Being ADHD, I'm clean, tidy and minimalist. I'm (mostly) partied out but will have a few quiet drinks after work, and I am quitting smoking cigarettes [[I know, it's gross]]
I'm godmother to a 2 year old Dutch Shepherd/Malinois who I take for walkies/train each week. I miss my dog heaps.

I embrace a dystopian google enabled home by owning a wifi hub, nest, lights, fan, heater, water tap, doorbell, etc. I enjoy art (drawing/sculptures), going for walks at baigup wetlands and advocating for our endangered black cockatoos.

I'm a vegetarian / pescatarian, okay at cooking I guess. Not sensitive to others cooking meat. I've had some health issues lately so I just want a stable living situation while I get back on track.

Sign a lease with someone suitable for 12 months, a house rather than a unit and with separate bathrooms, must have NBN~!
<15 min walk to a train station would be ideal. Up to $500 per person/week rent, plus bills.

I've rented my current Bayswater house for over ten years but since it was sold two years ago, the increase in rent combined with the new owner's avoidance to repair or maintain the property is making the place uninhabitable.

I previously rented in Glendalough for 7 years.

Looking to move mid June.
