Hey! I’m 30 and a radiographer (I work 9-5 full time) I own my own house in Miami but have rented it out for the year as I’d love to live further south. I had two rooms rented out in my house for the past 5 years so am conscious of shared space and am very respectful.

I am super clean (a clean space = a clear mind) I only cook once or twice a week as I meal prep. I value a calm respectful house and have quiet early nights. I love pottery - I spend a lot of my weekend in the pottery studio, surfing, doing pilates and often go down to Byron during the weekend.

I’m social and happy to have a chat or share a wine/dinner occasionally, but also really value downtime and everyone doing their own thing. 🤍
